Our Heatless modular adsorption dryer features multiple high-strength aluminum cavities, each divided into two chambers filled with adsorbent to dry the compressed air. While one chamber works, the other regenerates using variable pressure adsorption, where dry compressed air expands to atmospheric pressure, removing moisture from the adsorbent. Adding the SMART DRY REFRIGERATED series, along with HUMIGUARD desiccant dryers, a water separator, and NXT-GEN filters, enhances the system's performance and reliability.

Core efficiency advantage​

The adsorption chamber includes an adsorbent tube, adsorbent, diffusion stencil, sealing material, spring pressing device, and connecting member. Using a blizzard-type technique and high-frequency vibrating machine, the spring-loading device ensures tight packing of the adsorbent, extending its life and maximizing efficiency to keep compressed air dry

Each module set features a diffuser for uniform airflow, maximizing adsorption energy. The new sealed end cap, with inner and outer covers, forms a double-end cover. The channel seal offers comprehensive protection against air leakage, enhancing compressed air quality and extending service life
